american football
any other sport?
So I hear some people talking about going to some college football game. Football? Who likes
football? It's some stupid sport... just a game...
That was me, merely a few hours ago (yesterday). If I were to count all the hours that I've
missed out, some 30 hours can only be a few hours. I don't know how else to describe it other
than simply unbelievable. The intensity that was contained within the stadium was tremendously
overwhelming and it certainly struck me. Add a few hundreds of soldiers of marching bands, some
too-many-to-countful of cheerleaders (who by the way were just absolutely gorgeous), a crowd
of some
51000 people of all ages, and a winning game that ended in the third OT certainly rocked the town,
literally. Holy.
Any other sport? I think not!

light
autumn is coming
Looks like everyone here's getting ready for the vacation time. And as usual, the coops are the
biggest - and I'm sure the sole - victims of it. @.@
The picture is from The Pinnacles Nat'l Park and I took it last week while I was struggling to
finish my 6-hour "advanced" hiking trail. Though it was hardcore, now that I think about it,
it wasn't that bad. Had I not drank the night before, my mouth wouldn't have been so dehydrated
from all the heat. So what I said about shooting people, I take it back. In fact, I would
definitely try it again. Only this time I won't drink. That I promise (to myself). :p

meanwhile
A scene is being rendered as I write.
I went to the bookstore and brought a whole bunch of magazine subscription forms. I don't know if that
constitutes a theft, but I did it anyway.
If someone ever asks me to go on a hiking trail in Pinnacles Nat'l Park, shoot that person. If, for
whatever reasons, I end up accepting that offer, shoot me. I learned that going on a 6-hour "advanced"
trail in the middle of a desert on a sunny day requires much more than 1.5L of water. *grin*

... is all you need.
A few days back, while walking down the Castro St, I had found this small independent bookstore.
It's a very puny place, offering a very limited amount of books. Funny how I stumbled upon this really
tiny book. I guess it was its really thin and squarish shape, some of the traits that portray
children's book that caught my attention. A brief glance through the pages were enough to convince me
to get the book. Then again, I had to remind myself that I was in a huge CC debt, and
that I still had to wait another two weeks for my first paycheck. "I'll be back," I assured myself and
left the store.
By the way, that sentence on the left is a small excerpt from that book. : )

When you get stuck...
What is it? I'll give you a hint, and that orange-ish ball is my pamplemousse. What does it represent?
Well, that's for you to figure out. But you know what? It doesn't really matter, since it can mean anything.
It all depends on what you want to see from it. And that title, Disabled? Don't pay too much
attention to it: That's what I saw from it. It's just me. So go ahead, see something! :p
I hate being stuck... and that's pretty much how I feel down here in California. :/

existency
Here we go again.
My stupidity never fails to surprise me. It is a Saturday (as in the first day of two
special days of the week that no one is required to work) and yet I am at work. Why? Two simple reasons.
One, I have nothing better to do. And two, I forgot to bring my own keys with me when I left my apartment
this morning to drop off my roommate to a conference. And ironically, another act of my own
stupidity saves me from being locked out: boy, was I glad to see my clearance card lying on the back seat
of my car! At least I can come to work and do some cool things like updating this page, and etc.. :p
